ACCKT’s Pediatric ACC research through the Make-An-IMPACT program at Memorial Sloan Kettering is 100% funded through the fundraising efforts of our patients, families, friends, neighbors and generous donors via Cycle For Survival, MSK’s philanthropic movement to fund rare cancer research.

To date, with the generous help of Attack ACC, Brave Like Gabe, the corporate eBay Cycle For Survival team, matching corporate donations from Bank of America and Tauck we have raised over $100,000 in our first two years for ACC research. This monumental success secured the first ever Pediatric ACC study through Make-An-IMPACT enough to study 20 of our patients in 2018. In 2019 we were able to continue our financial support for our portion within Make-An-IMPACT in addition to supporting research and clinical trials headed by preeminent ACC researcher, Dr. Alan Ho.

Our 2020 Cycle For Survival team is taking donations now for more ACC research taking place staring in April 2020.

The videos below demonstrate the impact that Cycle For Survival has on the rare cancer community, including videos from Dr. David Solit, head of our Pediatric ACC research.

The ACCKT Cycle For Survival team first rode in 2018 with just three riders in New York City. In 2019 the team began to grow and embraced a new name: Team ACCelerate with the mission of ACCelerating Research in Adenoid Cystic Carcinoma. In 2019 we rode in four cities- Seattle, Chicago, Huntington Beach and New York City with over 25 riders. In just two years time we’ve raised over $100,000 for ACC research. 2020 is sure to be even better!
